McNealy Was Right

A recent post by Don Park about a girl who refused to clean up after her dog and was “outted” by a camera phone totting netizen shows that Scott McNealy may have been right when he said “You have zero privacy anyway, get over it.” The girl is apparently being hounded in a nationwide witch hunt.

Everyone should refuse to not clean up after their dogs, the world wouldn't not be a not dirty place

There is a big difference between "privacy" and accountability.

Yes, but the interesting twist is that the reduction in privacy afforded by networked media devices like cell phones is making this girl accountable in a way that was previously experienced only in the smallest of towns and villages.
