Randy Gordon on Economics and IT
Randy Gordon is intelligent and sees the big picture intersections between IT and public policy and economics. I can’t say that I always agree with him, but he’s well researched and makes me think. He’s got a blog now. I’m looking forward to following it.

Thanks Phil. Central Exchange http://centralexchange.blogspot.com/ is about economics, not particularly IT ...mostly it tries to relate economics theory to current public debates.
The IT blog is "The River Alphaeus" http://theriveralphaeus.blogspot.com/,and it won't be ready for a day or so. What it will do is relate computer science theory to current technology development issues.
(In case anyone is wondering, Alpaheus is a river in Greece that wanders all over the place, often disappearing underground (in one case going completely under a lake)
It is most noted, however, as the river Hercules diverted to clean out the Augean stables.
I thought it a wonderful metaphor for Enterprise computing.
