North Korea doesnt care about what the United Nations thinks about their record on Human Rights, Freedom of expression, and the fact that 1/2 their country is starving to death. what's our opinion about little bomb going to mean to them?
THEY DON'T CARE!
I second Gabe's comments from yesterday morning. And I think that was the Phil's intention.
