If you watch the video, you'll see that almost all the information that is revealed comes from two-party transactions where both sides have an ownership stake in the information from the transaction. By what right can I claim ownership of the data in a two-party transaction? I don't think that the mere fact that one party is an individual and one is a corporate entity is enough.
